Please Note:
Should you have to cancel your holiday we will make every effort to re-let the property. If we are able to do so and you have paid the balance we will refund the money you have paid less your deposit. We need to do this to cover our advertising costs.

In the event of fire, flood, windstorm or any other natural disaster, or any other cause beyond our control that renders the property not fit for occupation on the dates booked, all monies paid will be refunded and both parties will be released from their respective obligations under this agreement.
